Auto-stop for phones enabled

From now on the system will auto-stop any phone that has been running for more than 10 min running without any automation or manual use marked. If you are going to use a phone manually (open it in GeeLark, debug, whatever), press the button "I am using it" in the phone row → it will be locked for 2h and the system will not touch it. When done press "I am done" to release. This prevents forgotten phones from wasting money. Doc completa: docs/auto-stop-phones.md.
